"When the universe's energy flows through you, your inner world becomes more vivid and real."
Awakening the kundalini is a profound practice that taps into the body's latent energy,
unlocking the potential for deep spiritual transformation. This journey begins with the conscious contraction of specific muscle groups, propelling the movement of cerebrospinal fluid up the spine. By contracting and locking down the intrinsic muscles of the perineum, you create the foundation for this upward flow.
Engaging the muscles of the lower and upper abdomen further facilitates this process. Squeezing and contracting these muscles in the first three energy centers activates your core, guiding the cerebrospinal fluid up through the central nervous system. This movement is essential for awakening the kundalini.
Focusing on the top of your head, take a slow, steady breath through your nose. Simultaneously, squeeze and hold the muscles of the perineum, lower abdomen, and upper abdomen, following your breath up your spine, through your chest, throat, brain, and finally to the crown of your head. As you reach the top, imagine holding your breath while continuing to pull the cerebrospinal fluid upward. This fluid, composed of proteins and salts, becomes charged as it moves, creating an inductance field—an invisible field of electromagnetic energy that amplifies as more charged molecules accelerate.
The fibre-optic cable spinal cord facilitates two-way communication between the body and the brain. By accelerating charged molecules up the spine, you reverse the current of information from the brain to the body, drawing energy from the lower centers up to the brain. This creates a powerful electromagnetic field around the body, forming a torsion or torus field.
This technique can consistently awaken a dormant energy, often called the "sleeping dragon." When this energy reaches the brain stem, the thalamic gate opens, allowing the energy to flood into the brain. This influx produces gamma brain waves, making your inner experiences more vivid and real than many outer experiences. Instead of dissipating this energy into mere chemical reactions, you draw it up your spine and release it into your brain.
This energy passes through the brain's lower centers, including the brain stem, cerebellum, and limbic brain, via the reticular formation. It then ascends through the thalamic gate to the thalamus in the midbrain, acting as a junction box, and moves into the higher brain centre, the neocortex. Additionally, the energy is relayed to the pineal gland, which releases powerful elixirs, enhancing your spiritual journey.
Awakening the kundalini is more than a physical exercise; it is a path to inner transformation, aligning your body and mind with the universe's energy and making your inner world come alive in unprecedented ways.
